Portofino Inn Burbank

The hotel impressed with clean, spacious rooms featuring comfortable beds and handy amenities like a mini fridge. The breakfast was decent, although parking felt cramped at times. Some staff were helpful, while others could use a friendlier approach. Still, a solid choice for a budget stay.

Its location is magnificent, just next door to Burbank shops and restaurants, hollywood, los angeles, and Portofino Inn Burbank. Also, it's 2 km away from Zamzam Well. The staff is very welcoming, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.

Clean and comfortable room, definately recommend this hotel, i don't understand why it only has a 2 star rating, it should be a 3 star.

Carpet was filthy. Feet were black from 5 minutes in room. First room we were given could not be locked so we were given another room.

I actually like the place and the room. At first I was kinda unsure about it because I the reviews. But apparently they were all not true. It's easy access to the downtown. Bed was great! Flat screen tv , fridge, microwave. What else can you ask for. I would definitely come back.

Quiet, clean, a friendly staff, and easy access to the freeway is what I liked about the motel.

The complimentary breakfast could be a lot nicer. The lobby could use a tv.

The newly remodeled space felt fresh and inviting. The complimentary breakfast included tasty options, but make sure to indulge in pastries from Porto's Bakery nearby. Great location for Universal Studios. We enjoyed our time here.

Clean hotel with pleasant and very welcoming staff and a great value. Kindness of the staff. Impeccably clean rooms provided with refrigerator, a microwave and refrigerator, 2 queen beds. Marvellous and perfect location to a corporate headquarters. Excellent restaurant, for breakfast. The venue of choice in Burbank.

Wi-Fi was horrible.

The price was high for what you get, but was still lower than the majority of other hotels in the area.

Price and location were not that great.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Equestrian Center and Disney Studios. Our room was well-kept, and it felt spacious for our family.

In my wife's opinion, the noise from the air conditioner was quite distracting at night. It would be great to have quieter units, especially for families with small children.

The rooms with a microwave and a very comfortable large bed and the shower.

The interior decor was very nice, has that contemporary look to it, bed was very comfortable. I'm pleasantly surprised by the above average standards of the room given the price range. The hotel host was friendly and helpful with luggages storage/pick up arrangement upon check out.

Wall is a little thin. I was woken up a few times through the night by the neighboring guests due to conversations and some noises.
